A dual-SIM slot, meanwhile, lies on the left. We examine the screen tech, performance, battery life, features and camera tech, so you'll know if the Honor 10 has any hidden flaws. The setup entails in a phone that can boast of a screen-to-body ratio of an upwards of 86 per cent. The phone has a notched display with a thin chin at the bottom, which houses the under-the-glass fingerprint scanner. Below the display lies a rectangular shaped ultrasonic under glass fingerprint sensor.

The phone is likely to be available later today. It, however, misses out on an OIS sensor unlike a number of its main competitors. That's what we work hard for everyday at honor. But we don't just stop at making a good product. The insane Porsche Design Huawei Mate RS that Huawei announced recently also has one. It remains to be seen whether the Honor 10 can match it there. "It's also one of the most lovely phones in the premium phone segment and we are excited to launch it on Flipkart". But actually the sensor is beneath the cover glass.

Honor 10 features a 5.84-inch Full HD+ (2240x1080 pixels) LCD display with 18:9 aspect ratio.

There's also not much to choose when it comes to power, as both the Honor 10 and Huawei P20 have an octa-core Kirin 970 chipset.

Just like it's high-end sibling - the Huawei P20 Pro - the Honor 10 also runs on Android 8.1 along with the Emotion UI 8.1 skin atop it, and it comes with the 1 April 2018 security patch. The camera has a pretty large aperture of f/1.8 and also comes with AI integration. There is a 24MP and a 16MP sensor on the back, with another 24MP camera on the front.

Having said that, the back of the smartphone is covered with 3D glass and has a dual camera setup in the top-left corner in horizontal orientation.

The highlight of the Huawei P20 series was the AI cameras, and the same continues with the Honor 10 as well. This dual camera system also supports 2X optical zoom. The GPU is the Mali-G72MP12, and the SoC also has a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU).

It can combine the two lenses when capturing a single image for detail-rich photos and it can use AI scene recognition to automatically adjust the settings based on what you're shooting. The company hasn't made the price of the Honor 10 official as of yet. Everything else is the same - 3,400 mAh battery with Huawei Super Charge support, USB-C and 3.5 mm jack on board and Histen audio technology. It is coupled with 3GB RAM or 4GB RAM with 32GB or 64GB internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB with microSD.

Honor 10 will also be available on HiHonor.in and will be bundled with offers including INR 500 coupon on the purchase of the device, Mobikwik supercash up to Rs. 2000. On top of that, you can enjoy the benefits of No cost EMI if you have the Bajaj Finserv card.
