For all other Marvel virgins, Avengers: Infinity War is the 19th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe that started a decade ago with Robert Downey Jr-starrer Iron Man. The mega Marvel mashup continues its iconic run by becoming the second fastest film to reach $500 million at the domestic box office.

Bollywood's megastar Amitabh Bachchan is quite active on Twitter and shares everything on the social media.

Infinity was is now the fifth biggest movie of all time behind Jurassic World ($1.671 billion), Star Wars: The Force Awakens ($2.068 billion), Titanic ($2.187 billion), and Avatar ($2.788 billion) and appears to be a safe bet to become only the fourth movie ever to crack the $2 billion mark.

Variety reports that by 10 p.m. Friday in China, Infinity War already earned $66 million on its first full day of release. The China debut points to the sixth-largest single territory opening of all time, on a par with the "Black Panther" debut in North America.

As it stands, Infinity War is now the highest grossing superhero release internationally of all-time with its $1.059 billion topping the $946.4 million for Avengers: Age of Ultron. The film is marginally behind Jurassic World which stands with the collections of $ $1.67 billion and will cross it in the upcoming days to grab the fourth position in the list. The Melissa McCarthy-led, back-to-college comedy "Life of the Party" beat "Breaking In", a thriller about a mom battling a home invasion. It's now the fifth highest grossing film of all time worldwide. "We'll get it set for the next two or three months".

This is quite the payoff for Marvel, as this film was ten years in the making.

But in a respectable third place was Universal's "Breaking In".

Well, Marvel's reign of terror doesn't seem to be ending any time soon, as the film has reported massive turn-outs in global markets as well.

Avengers: Infinity War dominated the global box office this weekend, earning another $349 million worldwide and bringing its global total to $1.607 billion. Just hit the buttons on the top of this page. The film will expand to 350 theaters next weekend.

"This is a typical Mother's Day weekend with a big blockbuster in the mix and some counter programming thrown in for good measure as we await the arrival of "Deadpool 2" next week", said comScore senior media analyst Paul Dergarabedian. And so, right now, we have not edited that movie at all.
